This new product builds child’s skills in & under water through fun and competition. It is essential that the child is already familiar with swimming, dives and submersion.<br><br>Instructions for use:<br>A floating training-stick designed to teach the proper arm technique for crawl/freestyle.<br>It helps set the correct hydrodynamic position by improving coordination. Can also be used for relay races or retrieving games. <br><br>How to use Zoggs Swim Stroke training-stick:<br>1.	Start with the stick in both hands and arms extended forward and swim.<br>2.	Hold the stick with the left hand and perform the stroke rotating the right arm, until you have again both hands on the stick.<br>3.	Hold the stick with the right hand and perform the stroke rotating the left arm until you again have both hands holding the stick.<br>4.	Proceed in this way alternating each side so that the stick is always held with one hand. <br><br>Age: 3 years +

Replace the product if it is damaged or if padding material comes out of the neoprene outer. </li><li>Care instructions:</li><li>Always remove from water after use.</li><li>Do not leave exposed to direct sunlight. Bright colours are prone to fading with prolonged exposure to sunlight and chlorine. </li><li>Rinse in fresh water after use and allow to fully air dry in a shady place.</li><li>Only store when perfectly dry, in cool dry conditions out of direct sunlight.</li><li>Please dispose of packaging responsibly in a recycle bin.</li><li></li><li>Age: 3 years +</li></ul>
